Roseanne, Nightmare on Oak Street.
This episode aired in 1989 and it still hasn’t gotten through a lot of people’s skulls.

Why, yes, that is Mamrie Hart accepting food delivery dressed as Katy Perry before #HomeBuddies.
Watching this #HomeBuddies tonight, and I went to random pages on Grace’s blog to find this video. The 4th try I found it. Win!

So this goes with that Mamrie/40hands gifset. I hate getting words wrong on gifsets, and I couldn’t tell what she was calling her beer. After I googled, I decided to text my awesome friend @StumblingArtist(she’s not on tumblr). I know I can text anything to her, and I knew she could help! lol.

Lillian Weber, a 99-year-old good Samaritan from Iowa, has spent the last few years sewing a dress a day for the Little Dresses For Africa charity, a Christian organization that distributes dresses to children in need in Africa and elsewhere.
Weber’s goal is to make 1,000 dresses by the time she turns 100 on May 6th. So far, she’s made more than 840. Though she says she could make two a day, she only makes one – but each single dress she makes per day is personalized with careful stitchwork. She hopes that each little girl who receives her dress can take pride in her new garment.
Whoa, this is cool! My local news station is the original reporter of this, and she lives where I do! :)
